Take Nutrizine-Lc Tab 10'S as prescribed. The common side-effects of Nutrizine-Lc Tab 10'S are diarrhoea, nausea (feeling sick), and vomiting. These side effects are mild and don’t require medical attention. However, inform your doctor if any of these side effects persist or worsen.

Do not take Nutrizine-Lc Tab 10'S if you are allergic to any of its contents. Before taking Nutrizine-Lc Tab 10'S, inform your doctor if you are taking any prescription, non-prescription medicines, herbal products, or dietary supplements. Please inform your doctor if you are using any prescription and non-prescription medications, including vitamins, and herbal supplements. Do not take Nutrizine-Lc Tab 10'S if you are pregnant or breastfeeding unless prescribed by the doctor. Do not take antacids before or after 2 hours of taking Nutrizine-Lc Tab 10'S as they may interfere with the action of Nutrizine-Lc Tab 10'S. 

• Try Vitamin B complex food sources like milk, cheese, eggs, liver and kidney, chicken, red meat, tuna, mackerel, salmon, shellfish, oysters, clams, dark green vegetables such as spinach and kale, beets, avocados, potatoes, whole grains, cereals, kidney beans, black beans, and chickpea.
• Include fruits like citrus, banana, and watermelon in your diet.
• Avoid smoking and alcohol consumption.
• Exercise regularly, and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Avoid excess fatty foods.

• Serum levels of mecobalamin present in Nutrizine-Lc Tab 10'S may be lowered by the use of oral contraceptives.
• Monitor your blood glucose levels regularly while using Nutrizine-Lc Tab 10'S.
