Drug-Drug Interaction: NVM M12 OD Tablet 10's may interact with fits medicines (phenytoin, phenobarbital, carbamazepine), anti-cancer drugs (altretamine), antibiotics (gentamicin, doxycycline ciprofloxacin), thyroid medicines (levothyroxine), and Parkinson's medications (levodopa)

Drug-Food Interaction: Avoid or limit alcohol intake since it may lead to dizziness.

• Include dairy products like milk, yoghurt, cheese or milk-based custard in your diet.
• Eat daily a serving of broccoli, cabbage, bok choy, spinach and other green leafy vegetables.
• Try Vitamin B complex food sources like milk, cheese, eggs, chicken, red meat, tuna, mackerel, salmon, shellfish, oysters, clams, dark green vegetables such as spinach and kale, beets, avocados, potatoes, whole grains, cereals, kidney beans, black beans, and chickpea.
• Include the best dietary sources of vitamin D, such as fish liver oils and vitamin D–fortified milk.
• Snack on calcium-rich nuts like Brazil nuts or almonds. 
• Avoid or reduce the intake of caffeine, soft drinks and alcohol.

Let your doctor and the laboratory staff know if you are using NVM M12 OD Tablet 10's since Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) may interfere with laboratory tests like urine tests for urobilinogen.
