Oliza 10mg Injection will be administered by a health care professional; do not self-administer. Common side effects include drowsiness, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, constipation, stomach pain, back pain, runny/stuffy nose, cough, increased appetite, weight gain, and redness/pain/swelling at the injection site. These side effects are not common for everyone. If you notice any side effects that are not manageable, please consult your doctor.
Oliza 10mg Injection is not recommended for treatment in patients with Dementia-Related Psychosis. Inform your doctor beforehand if you have a history of allergic reactions to Olanzapine, Alzheimer's disease, liver or kidney diseases, heart problems, breathing problems, high cholesterol, glaucoma, diabetes, breast cancer, enlarged prostate, and fits before taking this medicine. Avoid consuming alcohol along with Oliza 10mg Injection as it can make you dizzy or drowsy. Do not drive or operate machinery after using Oliza 10mg Injection since it can make you sleepy. Drug-Drug Interaction: Oliza 10mg Injection may interact with opioid pain relievers (codeine, hydrocodone), anti-anxiety drugs (alprazolam, diazepam), muscle relaxants (carisoprodol, cyclobenzaprine), anti-allergic drugs (cetirizine), common cold medicines (diphenhydramine), acidity treating drugs (cimetidine, antacids), fits medicines (carbamazepine), antidepressants (fluvoxamine, fluoxetine), and anticoagulants (warfarin).
Drug-Food Interaction: Do not consume alcohol while being treated with Oliza 10mg Injection, as it could lead to increased dizziness and drowsiness.
