About Ovanac-DSR Tablet

Ovanac-DSR Tablet is a combination medicine primarily used to treat female infertility. It also finds use as an antioxidant and helps in promoting overall physical health alongside its main use. Female infertility is a condition in which a female body is unable to conceive despite regular, unprotected sexual intercourse for at least one year.

Ovanac-DSR Tablet contains Dehydroepiandrosterone and Melatonin. Ovanac-DSR Tablet helps in the synthesis and maintenance of sex hormones in the body, by acting as a parent molecule to sex hormones. Ovanac-DSR Tablet aids the healthy production of egg cells in the female ovary, thereby improving female fertility. Ovanac-DSR Tablet also works as an antioxidant, thus protecting body cells from damage by free radicals.

Ovanac-DSR Tablet may be taken without food, but it is better to take it at a designated time. Ovanac-DSR Tablet should be swallowed whole and not crushed or chewed. In some cases, Ovanac-DSR Tablet may cause certain common side effects such as nausea, stomach ache, fatigue, mood swings and headache. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if these side effects persist.

Take Ovanac-DSR Tablet exactly as directed by the physician. Ovanac-DSR Tablet should be swallowed as a whole. Do not crush, chew or break it. Ovanac-DSR Tablet can be taken with or without food but it is better to take it with food.

Medicinal Benefits

Ovanac-DSR Tablet contains Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) and Melatonin. It is used primarily to treat female infertility. Ovanac-DSR Tablet is a very potent promoter of oestrogen production. Hence, it finds wide use in treating female infertility. DHEA helps in the synthesis and maintenance of sex hormones in the body, by acting as a precursor of sex hormones. It acts directly on plasma membrane receptors and promotes the conversion of sex hormones to their most potent counterparts. Side effects of Ovanac-DSR Tablet

Acne

Keep your skin clean by gently washing your face two times daily and after sweating. Choose a mild and non-abrasive cleanser.
Use gentle alcohol-free skin care products. Avoid products that might irritate your skin such as exfoliants, astringents and toners.
Acne may also occur due to oil in the hair. Thus, if you have oily hair, shampoo more frequently than you do now and keep your hair away from face.
Keep your hands off your face as touching face throughout the day might worsen acne. Also, do not pick, squeeze or pop acne as it will prolong the healing process and increase the risk of dark spots and scarring.
Avoid tanning by applying a broad spectrum sunscreen and wearing sun-protective clothing when outdoors.

Nausea
