Ovares Plus Capsule is a combination medicine primarily used to treat female infertility. It also finds use as an antioxidant and helps in promoting overall physical health alongside its main use. Female infertility is a condition in which a female body is unable to conceive despite regular, unprotected sexual intercourse for at least one year. 

Ovares Plus Capsule contains Coenzyme Q10, Dehydroepiandrosterone and Melatonin. Ovares Plus Capsule helps in the synthesis and maintenance of sex hormones in the body, by acting as a parent molecule to sex hormones. Ovares Plus Capsule aids the healthy production of egg cells in the female ovary, thereby improving female fertility. Ovares Plus Capsule also works as an antioxidant, thus protecting body cells from damage by free radicals.

Ovares Plus Capsule may be taken without food, but it is better to take it at a designated time. In some cases, Ovares Plus Capsule may cause certain common side effects such as nausea, stomach ache, fatigue, mood swings and headache. Ovares Plus Capsule should not be used in case of any known allergy to either of the components. Inform your doctor if you have/had cardiovascular health disorders, breast or uterine cancer, endometriosis, fibroids, high cholesterol, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), bleeding disorders, sweating disorders and joint pain. Consult your doctor before using Ovares Plus Capsule during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Keep your doctor informed if you are on medication for diabetes, heart disease/stroke, antidepressant, anti-psychotic or anticoagulant therapy.

• Please inform your doctor if you are on a calorie-deficient diet or any special diet. 
• Load up on meats, fatty fish, oranges and strawberries, sesame seeds, soybean and canola oil and pistachios to enhance anti-oxidation and improve fertility.
• Avoid foods containing soy, liquorice (candy), chromium (grape juice) and alcohol as there may be an interaction. 
• Do regular exercise and physical activity.
• Aerobics, yoga and meditation may help in relaxing the body and mind.
• Consume a healthy diet, including food rich in antioxidants, fibre-rich foods, and high-fat dairy. Cut down carbs or limit refined carbs.
• Try to be stress-free to improve your mood swings due to hormonal fluctuations.

In case you miss a dose of Ovares Plus Capsule , take it as soon as possible. However, if it is too close to the next dose, revert to the original schedule.
