Pamaspas Tablet 10's contains Paracetamol, Pamabrom and Dicyclomine. Paracetamol work by blocking the effect of chemical messengers that cause pain. Pamabrom removes excess water from the body by increasing urine production. Dicyclomine works by relieving contractions associated with the smooth muscles of the abdomen. Together, Pamaspas Tablet 10's helps in providing relief from abdominal spasms.
In some cases, Pamaspas Tablet 10's may cause side effects such as nausea, dry mouth, weakness, nervousness, and sleepiness.
