• Eat a healthy diet, especially green leafy vegetables, and do regular physical exercise.
• Limit junk food items the from outside and stick to freshly prepared home-cooked meals.
• Increase the intake of fruits in your diet especially fruits rich in iron like pomegranate, and citrus fruits.
• Drink plenty of fluids to keep yourself hydrated.
• Avoid consumption of alcohol.

Avoid taking Plus Iron-XT Tablet along with dairy products, coffee, tea or alcohol to minimize the side effect of Plus Iron-XT Tablet and avoid drug interaction.
