Pobrazac F Eye Drop is a combination of two drugs, namely: Tobramycin (antibiotic) and Fluorometholone (corticosteroid). Tobramycin belongs to the class of antibiotics that works by inhibiting the production of essential proteins that are necessary for bacteria to grow, multiply and increase in numbers. Thereby, it destroys bacteria. Fluorometholone belongs to the class of steroids that works by inhibiting the release of certain chemical messengers in the body that cause redness, itching, and swelling. Thereby, reduces the redness and swelling caused due to bacterial infections.
Use Pobrazac F Eye Drop as prescribed by your doctor. Pobrazac F Eye Drop is only for use in eyes. You are advised to use Pobrazac F Eye Drop for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you based on your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience eye irritation, eye redness, itchy or swollen eyelids, mild burning or stinging sensation in the eye, or eye discomfort. Most of these side effects of Pobrazac F Eye Drop do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.

You are not recommended to wear contact lenses while using Pobrazac F Eye Drop as it contains benzalkonium chloride, a preservative that changes the colour of the contact lens as it may be absorbed by soft contact lens. Benzalkonium chloride also causes irritation in the eye, especially if you have disorders of the cornea (transparent layer at the front of the eye) or dry eyes. Therefore, you are advised to remove contact lenses before applying Pobrazac F Eye Drop and reinsert after 15 minutes of using Pobrazac F Eye Drop. Also, inform your doctor if you experience pain, stinging or abnormal sensation in the eye after using Pobrazac F Eye Drop.
