About Predorx Eye Drop 10 ml

Predorx Eye Drop 10 ml belongs to the class of medicines called corticosteroids used to reduce eye inflammation caused by certain conditions. It is used to provide relief from eye redness, irritation, burning and swelling caused by heat, radiation, chemicals, allergy or foreign objects in the eye. Eye inflammation is a common condition in which eyes become swollen and red.  

Predorx Eye Drop 10 ml contains Prednisolone acetate (corticosteroid) and Benzalkonium chloride (preservative). Prednisolone acetate belongs to the class of corticosteroids that works by inhibiting the release of certain chemical messengers in the body that cause redness, itching and swelling. Benzalkonium chloride acts as a preservative. 

Predorx Eye Drop 10 ml is only for ophthalmic use (eyes). You are advised to use Predorx Eye Drop 10 ml for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you based on your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience mild eye irritation, headache, red eye, blurred vision or a feeling of something in the eye. Most of these side effects of Predorx Eye Drop 10 ml do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects worsen or persist, please consult your doctor.

Directions for Use

Pull your lower eyelid gently with your index finger to form a pocket. Instil the number of drops advised by the doctor into the pocket of the lower eyelid. Close your eyes for 1-2 minutes. Finally, replace the cap tightly after use. Do not touch the container’s tip to the eye, eyelids or surrounding areas as it may contaminate Predorx Eye Drop 10 ml.
