It is used to manage symptoms associated with motion sickness such as nausea, vomiting, and dizziness. It is used to treat dizziness and sickness caused by inner ear problems such as vertigo. Vertigo is a condition in which you feel everything around you dizzy - enough to affect your balance. In general, this condition is more than just dizziness.

Pregnitab Mcz Tablet contains Meclizine and Caffeine. Meclizine is an antihistamine. It works by blocking the brain's chemicals that cause nausea, vomiting, and loss of balance. Caffeine is a central nervous system stimulant. It helps to overcome drowsiness that can be caused by meclizine.

You should take this medicine exactly as prescribed by the doctor. The common side-effects of Pregnitab Mcz Tablet are drowsiness, dry mouth, headache, fatigue (extreme tiredness), nausea, vomiting, nervousness, and irritability. These side-effects are mild and temporary. However, if any of these side-effects persist or get worse, inform your doctor immediately.

It is not recommended to take Pregnitab Mcz Tablet if you are allergic to any contents of it. Before taking Pregnitab Mcz Tablet, inform your doctor if you have liver or stomach problems, anxiety, fits, insomnia (trouble sleeping), heart disease, and high blood pressure. It is not recommended for use in children. It should be used with caution in pregnant and breastfeeding women. It should be used with caution in elderly people. • Avoid drinking alcohol as it could lead to excessive drowsiness.
• Allow sufficient air to reach you while travelling as it will help reduce nausea, vomiting and reduce the ringing sensation of the ear.

Let your doctor know that you are taking Pregnitab Mcz Tablet before undergoing allergy testing as it can interfere with the results. 

Motion sickness: It is caused when nerves within your ear transmit false information about your brain's movement with signals. These nerves, along with signals from your eyes and muscles, enable your body to maintain a good sense of balance. It clashes with the signals received from your other ear, your eyes, or your body, whether the nerves in one of your ears transmit too many, too few, or incorrect messages to your brain.
