Psorberol Ointment 15 gm is a combination of two medicines, namely: Betamethasone and Calcipotriol. Betamethasone works by inhibiting the release of chemical messengers that cause inflammation and redness. Calcipotriol helps in bringing the rate of skin cell growth back to normal. Together, Psorberol Ointment 15 gm helps in treating psoriasis.
 
You are advised to use Psorberol Ointment 15 gm for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you, depending on your medical condition. In some cases, Psorberol Ointment 15 gm may cause common side effects such as itching and skin exfoliation. • If Psorberol Ointment 15 gm comes in contact with eyes, nose or mouth, rinse with water immediately.
• Wash your hands before and after using Psorberol Ointment 15 gm; however, do not wash your hands if you are applying Psorberol Ointment 15 gm on your hands.
• Do not apply Psorberol Ointment 15 gm on wounds, cuts, damaged skin, or scrapes.
• Avoid exposing fabric that has been in contact with Psorberol Ointment 15 gm to smoke or naked flames.
