Pyginal Capsule contains Pygeum africanum, a natural herbal supplement that contains ferulic acid, triterpenes and phytosterols. Ferulic acid helps in lowering prostatic cholesterol levels. Phytosterols help in lowering pain and inflammation by blocking prostaglandin synthesis. Triterpenes help in improving the symptoms of BPH.
