Ralzal 10 mg Tablet 10's contains 'Rupatadine.' It works by reducing a chemical substance called histamine, which is responsible for causing allergic symptoms itching, sneezing, runny nose, swelling and rashes.

You can take Ralzal 10 mg Tablet 10's with food or without food. It should be swallowed whole with a glass of water. Do not chew, bite, or break it. Drug Interactions

Drug-Drug Interaction: Ralzal 10 mg Tablet 10's have interactions with other antihistamines (diphenhydramine), Benzodiazepines(midazolam), antibiotics (erythromycin), Anti-fungal (itraconazole, ketoconazole, fluconazole, voriconazole, posaconazole), HIV protease inhibitors(indinavir, ritonavir), anti-depressant (nefazodone), calcium channel blocker (diltiazem) and statins(atorvastatin) and immunosuppressive drugs ( ciclosporin, tacrolimus, sirolimus, everolimus, cisapride) should be used with caution.

Drug-Food Interaction: Alcohol and grapefruit juice should not be used along with Ralzal 10 mg Tablet 10's. 

Drug-Disease Interaction: Ralzal 10 mg Tablet 10's is contraindicated in kidney diseases, hepatic diseases, heart diseases, galactose intolerance, and glucose-galactose malabsorption.
