About Ramitax Tablet

Ramitax Tablet belongs to a class of drugs called melatonin agonists. Ramitax Tablet is used in the treatment of insomnia (difficulty in falling or staying asleep). Insomnia is a disorder of sleep that causes difficulty in falling asleep or staying asleep. It may be acute (short-term) or chronic (long-term).

Ramitax Tablet contains Ramelteon which works by stimulating melatonin receptors in the brain and regulates the sleep-wake cycle. Thus, it promotes sleep and helps to treat insomnia.

Take Ramitax Tablet as prescribed by your doctor. You are advised to take Ramitax Tablet for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you based on your medical condition. Some people may experience nausea, drowsiness, dizziness, or tiredness. Most of these side effects of Ramitax Tablet do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.

If you are allergic to Ramitax Tablet or any other medicines, please tell your doctor. Ramitax Tablet is not recommended for children below 18 years of age. Taking Ramitax Tablet with Fluvoxamine can increases the blood levels of Ramitax Tablet.
