Reaqua 40Mg Capsule belongs to the class of medicines called non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) used in the treatment of knee pain due to osteoarthritis in patients who have failed to respond adequately to simple painkillers or physical therapy and exercise. Osteoarthritis is a degenerative joint disease in which the two ends of the joints come together due to the breakdown of a protective covering of cartilage. Due to the absence of this protective covering, the joints rub against each other, leading to pain and stiffness.

Reaqua 40Mg Capsule contains Sodium hyaluronate, which works by restoring synovial fluid in the knee that helps to lubricate and cushion the joint during movement. Thereby it reduces pain.

Take Reaqua 40Mg Capsule as prescribed. You are advised to use it for as long as your doctor has recommended it for you based on your medical condition. It is generally safe to use and does not cause any side effects. However, if you experience any unusual side effects, inform your doctor.

• Performing yoga may also help in improving joint flexibility and pain management.
• Maintain a healthy weight by performing regular low-strain exercises and eating healthy food.
• Get adequate sleep as resting the muscles can help in reducing inflammation and swelling.
• Follow heat or cold therapy, and apply a cold or hot compress on the joints for 15-20 minutes regularly.
• Acupuncture, massage, and physical therapy may also be helpful.
• Eat foods rich in antioxidants such as berries, spinach, kidney beans, dark chocolate, etc.
• Foods containing flavonoids, such as soy, berries, broccoli, grapes, and green tea, help in reducing inflammation.
