About Remo MV 1000 Tablet

Remo MV 1000 Tablet belongs to the group of anti-diabetic medicines used to treat type-2 diabetes mellitus adjunct to diet and exercise. Type-2 diabetes mellitus is also known as non-insulin-dependent diabetes or adult-onset diabetes. It is a medical condition in which blood glucose levels are above normal due to insulin deficiency, insulin resistance, or both.
 
Remo MV 1000 Tablet contains Remogliflozin, Vildagliptin and Metformin. Remogliflozin etabonate helps in removing excess sugar from the body via urine. Metformin works by reducing the sugar production by cells in the liver and delays sugar absorption from the intestines. Also, it increases the body’s sensitivity to insulin. Vildagliptin works by decreasing the hormones that raise blood glucose levels and increasing insulin release from the pancreas. Together, Remo MV 1000 Tablet helps control blood sugar levels.
 
Remo MV 1000 Tablet should be taken as advised by your doctor for a period prescribed it for you, depending on your medical condition. This medicine may cause certain common side effects such as stomach upset, hypoglycaemia, nausea, and vomiting. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, if you experience these side effects persistently, consult your doctor on priority.

Take Remo MV 1000 Tablet with or after food. Swallow Remo MV 1000 Tablet as a whole with a glass of water; do not break, chew or crush it.

  • To prevent worsening of pain, limit intake of tea, coffee, or alcohol.

  • Follow a Bland Diet: Eat easy-to-digest foods to help firm up your stool and settle your stomach. Try incorporating bananas, rice, applesauce, toast, plain crackers, and boiled vegetables into your diet.
  • Avoid Trigger Foods: Steer clear of foods that can worsen diarrhoea, such as spicy, fatty, or greasy foods, high-fibre foods, and dairy products (especially if you're lactose intolerant).
  • Practice Good Hygiene: Maintain good hygiene to prevent the spread of infection. To stay healthy, wash your hands frequently, clean and disinfect surfaces regularly, and avoid exchanging personal belongings with others.
  • Take Anti-Diarrheal Medications: If your doctor advises, anti-diarrheal medications such as loperamide might help manage diarrhoea symptoms. Always follow your doctor's directions.
