About Remylin Ax Tablet

Remylin Ax Tablet belongs to a class of medications called nutritional supplements used to treat nutritional deficiencies. A nutritional deficiency occurs when the body does not absorb or get enough nutrients from food. Vitamins and minerals are necessary for body development and the prevention of diseases.

Remylin Ax Tablet is a combination of multivitamins and amino acids. Methylcobalamin helps in treating certain anaemias and nerve problems. Vitamin D3 regulates necessary metabolic functions in the body for proper growth and development. Folic acid works by increasing red blood cells (RBC) and haemoglobin (a protein) production in the body. Levocarnitine is an amino acid that works by allowing the body to utilize fats to produce energy. L arginine and acetylcysteine provide essential nutrients to the body. 

Take Remylin Ax Tablet as prescribed by your doctor. You are advised to take Remylin Ax Tablet for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you based on your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, fever or tiredness. Most of these side effects of Remylin Ax Tablet do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor. 

If you are allergic to Remylin Ax Tablet or any other medicines, please tell your doctor. Remylin Ax Tablet should be used with caution in children and only if prescribed by a doctor. Coadministration of Remylin Ax Tablet and Carbamazepine may reduce the blood levels of Remylin Ax Tablet.

Although there is a possible interaction between Remylin Ax Tablet and Carbamazepine, you can take these medicines together if prescribed by your doctor. However, if your condition changes or you experience loss of seizure control, contact your doctor.
How does the drug interact with Remylin Ax Tablet:
Sulfadiazine may decrease the blood levels and effects of Remylin Ax Tablet.

How to manage the interaction:
Although there is a possible interaction between Remylin Ax Tablet and Sulfadiazine, you can take these medicines together if prescribed by your doctor.
How does the drug interact with Remylin Ax Tablet:
Coadministration of Remylin Ax Tablet and Cholestyramine may interfere with the absorption of Remylin Ax Tablet.

How to manage the interaction:
Although taking Cholestyramine and Remylin Ax Tablet together can result in an interaction, they can be taken together if prescribed by a doctor. However, if you experience Constipation, Diarrhea, Stomach pain, Nausea, or Loss of appetite, consult a doctor. Do not stop using any medications without consulting a doctor.
How does the drug interact with Remylin Ax Tablet:
Coadministration of Remylin Ax Tablet and Fluorouracil may increase the effects of Fluorouracil and increase the risk of serious side effects such as bleeding problems, anaemia (lack of blood), infections, and nerve damage.

How to manage the interaction:
Although there is a possible interaction between Remylin Ax Tablet and Fluorouracil, you can take these medicines together if prescribed by your doctor. However, if you experience diarrhoea, paleness of skin, severe nausea and vomiting, over-tiredness, dizziness, fainting, blood in the stools, unusual bleeding or bruising, fever, chills, body pains, flu-like symptoms, skin reactions, mouth ulcers or sores, and/or numbness, burning or tingling in your hands and feet, contact your doctor.
How does the drug interact with Remylin Ax Tablet:
Co-administration of Remylin Ax Tablet with Capecitabine may increase the risk of serious side effects such as bleeding problems, anemia, infections, and nerve damage.

How to manage the interaction:
Although there is a possible interaction between Remylin Ax Tablet and Capecitabine, you can use these medicines together if prescribed by the doctor. However, if you experience paleness of skin, diarrhea, severe nausea and vomiting, over-tiredness, dizziness, fainting, blood in the stools, unusual bleeding or bruising, fever, chills, body aches, flu-like symptoms, skin reactions, mouth ulcers or sores, and/or numbness, burning or tingling sensation in the hands and feet, contact a doctor. If you notice any of these symptoms - irregular heartbeat, seizures, weakness, tiredness, headache, dizziness, ringing in the ears, loss of appetite, feeling sick, dry mouth, strange taste in your mouth, muscle or bone pain, thirst, losing weight, eye infection, sensitivity to light, runny nose or itching - contact a doctor right away. Do not discontinue any medications without consulting a doctor.
