Take Reznew LC Tablet 10's as prescribed. The common side-effects of Reznew LC Tablet 10's are diarrhoea, nausea (feeling sick), and vomiting. These side effects are mild and don’t require medical attention. However, inform your doctor if any of these side effects persist or worsen.

Do not take Reznew LC Tablet 10's if you are allergic to any of its contents. Before taking Reznew LC Tablet 10's, inform your doctor if you are taking any prescription, non-prescription medicines, herbal products, or dietary supplements. Inform your doctor if you have malabsorption syndrome (difficulty absorbing nutrition from food), cancer, kidney dialysis, optic nerve damage, hypokalemia (low potassium levels in the blood), and stent in the heart. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Do not use Reznew LC Tablet 10's if you are allergic to any of its contents. Let your doctor know if you have a history of seizures (fits), liver disease, kidney disease, cancer, obesity, hypokalemia, optic nerve damage, or diabetes before using Reznew LC Tablet 10's. Please inform your doctor if you are using any prescription and non-prescription medications, including vitamins, and herbal supplements. Do not take Reznew LC Tablet 10's if you are pregnant or breastfeeding unless prescribed by the doctor. Do not take antacids before or after 2 hours of taking Reznew LC Tablet 10's as they may interfere with the action of Reznew LC Tablet 10's. 

Drug-drug interactions: Reznew LC Tablet 10's may interact with an antibiotic (chloramphenicol), anticancer agent (methotrexate and fluorouracil), blood thinners (warfarin), anti-gout medicine (colchicine), antacids (cimetidine, omeprazole, lansoprazole, and ranitidine), a medicine used to treat diabetes (metformin), a medicine used to treat inflammatory bowel conditions (sulfasalazine), a medicine used to reduce cholesterol (cholestyramine), and antiepileptic drugs (phenytoin and fosphenytoin).

Drug-food interactions: Reznew LC Tablet 10's may interact with alcohol.

Drug-disease interactions: Reznew LC Tablet 10's should be used with caution in patients with malabsorption syndrome (difficulty absorbing nutrition from food), cancer, neural tube defects, kidney dialysis, optic nerve damage, diabetes, obesity, hypokalemia (low potassium levels in the blood), and stent in the heart.

• Try Vitamin B complex food sources like milk, cheese, eggs, liver and kidney, chicken, red meat, tuna, mackerel, salmon, shellfish, oysters, clams, dark green vegetables such as spinach and kale, beets, avocados, potatoes, whole grains, cereals, kidney beans, black beans, and chickpea.
• Include fruits like citrus, banana, and watermelon in your diet.
• Avoid smoking and alcohol consumption.
• Exercise regularly, and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Avoid excess fatty foods.

• Serum levels of mecobalamin present in Reznew LC Tablet 10's may be lowered by the use of oral contraceptives.
• Monitor your blood glucose levels regularly while using Reznew LC Tablet 10's.
