ROMILAST B 5MG TABLET is a respiratory medication, primarily used in the treatment of asthma and other similar conditions. Asthma is a breathing problem in which airways narrow, swell and produce extra mucus, leading to difficulty breathing.

ROMILAST B 5MG TABLET is a combination of two medicines: Bambuterol (bronchodilator) and Montelukast (leukotriene receptor antagonist).
