Rosunext AS 75mg/10mg/75mg Tablet belongs to a group of antihyperlipidemic and antiplatelets used to treat heart attack, myocardial infarction (blockage of the blood to muscles of the heart), angina (chest pain), and stroke. A heart attack happens when the blood flow to the heart is blocked. The blockage is most often a build-up of cholesterol, fat, and other substances, which form a plaque (semi-hard accumulation of substance from fluid) in the arteries that supply to the heart. Sometimes, a plaque can burst, forming a clot that blocks blood flow. Symptoms of a heart attack include chest pain, tightness in the chest, and pain in the neck, arm, or back.

Rosunext AS 75mg/10mg/75mg Tablet is a fixed-dose combination composed of three medicines: Rosuvastatin, Clopidogrel, and Aspirin. Rosuvastatin belongs to a group of drugs known as antihyperlipidemic. Rosuvastatin lowers the level of lipids. It blocks the ability of the body to produce bad cholesterol and improves the ability of the body to make good cholesterol. Clopidogrel and aspirin both belong to a group of drugs known as Antiplatelet. They work by preventing the blood from sticking together and decreasing the production of clots which is harmful to the body. Altogether Rosunext AS 75mg/10mg/75mg Tablet help to reduce the risk of heart attack, stroke and heart-related chest pain (angina).

Rosunext AS 75mg/10mg/75mg Tablet is available in the form of oral capsules. It usually takes one time a day with water or as prescribed by your doctor. Doses of the Rosunext AS 75mg/10mg/75mg Tablet will decide by your doctor. It should be taken after eating food (low lipid food). In some cases, Rosunext AS 75mg/10mg/75mg Tablet can cause side effects like Headache, Muscle pain, increased bleeding, stomach pain, Indigestion, Bruise (discolouration of the skin), bleeding in the nose, Weakness, Gastrointestinal bleeding, Diarrhea, and Nausea. Most of these side effects of Rosunext AS 75mg/10mg/75mg Tablet do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. But if bleeding persists longer, please consult your doctor.

If you are known to be allergic to Rosunext AS 75mg/10mg/75mg Tablet or any other medicines, please inform your doctor. Before taking Rosunext AS 75mg/10mg/75mg Tablet, let your doctor know if you have asthma, liver problems, kidney problems, ulcer, pregnancy, and breastfeeding. Please do not stop taking Rosunext AS 75mg/10mg/75mg Tablet on your own, as it may lead to the recurrence of symptoms or worsen the condition.

Let your doctor know if are sensitive to rosuvastatin, clopidogrel or aspirin, have any active liver disease, active bleeding issues (like peptic ulcer, brain haemorrhage), pregnant or planning to become pregnant or breastfeeding. The patient should inform the doctor that they are taking Rosunext AS 75mg/10mg/75mg Tablet before any surgery is scheduled or any new medicine is taken. Patients with active liver disease should use Rosunext AS 75mg/10mg/75mg Tablet with caution. Safety and effectiveness of Rosunext AS 75mg/10mg/75mg Tablet have not been established, so its use should be avoided in pediatric patients or children less than 16 years of age. Discontinuation of Rosunext AS 75mg/10mg/75mg Tablet may lead to the occurrence of cardiovascular events like heart attack, stroke and angina (heart-related chest pain). Hence, you should consult a doctor before stopping the dose of Rosunext AS 75mg/10mg/75mg Tablet. Rosunext AS 75mg/10mg/75mg Tablet may reduce alertness, affect your vision, or make you feel dizzy and sleepy. If these symptoms occur, do not drive.

• Get active by doing physical activities such as swimming, brisk walking, or jogging. Take the stairs instead of elevators/lifts.
