Alcoholic liver disease occurs due to liver damage because of excessive alcohol consumption. Osteoarthritis is a condition in which the joints are affected. Depression is a mood disorder and a psychological, physiological and emotional experience that affects the way we think, the things we do and the way we act.

Sameo 400mg Tablet contains S-Adenosyl-L-Methionine, an essential amino acid required for optimal cellular functioning. Sameo 400mg Tablet is believed to monitor and regulate important physiological functions in living cells. It increases glutathione concentration and metabolism of the liver. Sameo 400mg Tablet increases chondrocyte proteoglycan synthesis, thereby helping treat osteoarthritis.

Sameo 400mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a designated time. Sameo 400mg Tablet should be swallowed whole and not crushed or chewed. • Load up on lean meats, fatty fish, green leafy vegetables, fruits and nuts to enhance anti-oxidation and optimal functioning of the body.
• Drink a lot of water and keep yourself hydrated.
• Maintain a healthy weight by exercising for at least 30 minutes daily. 
• Stop smoking as this can have a negative effect on the absorption of Sameo 400mg Tablet and worsen the disease conditions.
