Seretide 50 mcg/250 mcg Accuhaler 60's combines two drugs: Salmeterol (bronchodilator) and Fluticasone propionate (corticosteroid). Salmeterol is a long-acting bronchodilator which works by relaxing the muscles in the airways and widening the airways. Thus, it makes breathing easier. Fluticasone propionate belongs to the class of corticosteroids that works by acting on the nasal lining's inner cells and stopping releasing certain chemicals in the body that cause inflammatory reactions.
