Smartova-M Tablet 10's belongs to the class of 'antioxidants,' primarily used to treat male infertility. It also improves sperm count, sperm shape, and sperm motility. Male infertility is a condition where a man is unable to achieve a successful pregnancy with his female partner.

Smartova-M Tablet 10's is a combination of Astaxanthin and Coenzyme Q10. Astaxanthin improves the functioning and motility of the sperm. Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10/Ubiquinone/Ubidecarenone) is a nutrient and an antioxidant that generates energy in your cells. It also improves sperm movement and count in infertile men.

Your doctor will decide the dose and duration of Smartova-M Tablet 10's. Common side effects of Smartova-M Tablet 10's include red stool colour (due to Astaxanthin), stomach pain, stomach upset, loss of appetite, diarrhoea, nausea, and vomiting. Drug-Food Interaction: Limit alcohol intake during the treatment to get the maximum benefits of Smartova-M Tablet 10's.

Drug-Disease Interaction: Before using Smartova-M Tablet 10's, let your doctor know if you have any heart, liver or kidney diseases and other pre-existing medical conditions.

• Maintain proper weight by following a healthy and well-balanced diet.
• Avoid smoking and alcohol consumption.
• Exercise regularly and try to avoid stress by practising meditation or yoga.
• Include more fruits and vegetables in your diet and drink plenty of water.
• Get enough Vitamins C and D in your daily food intake.
• Include meat, fish, eggs, shellfish, and other zinc-rich foods. Zinc supplementation helps in increasing testosterone levels and sperm count.
• Limit foods with high cholesterol and saturated fats.
• Cut down on sugar, salt and processed foods.
