Sofinox Cream 5 gm contains ‘Sodium fusidate’ that works by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required for the survival of the bacteria. Thereby, Sofinox Cream 5 gm helps in treating skin infections.
 
Sofinox Cream 5 gm is generally well-tolerated. However, it may cause mild stinging sensation and irritation in some cases. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. If the side effects persist or worsen, consult your doctor.
 
Do not use Sofinox Cream 5 gm if you are allergic to any of its components. Consult your doctor before using Sofinox Cream 5 gm if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Avoid contact of Sofinox Cream 5 gm with eyes, nose or mouth; if contact occurs accidentally, rinse thoroughly with water.

• Eat foods rich in quercetin (a flavonoid), such as apples, cherries, broccoli, spinach and blueberries.
• Consuming food rich in probiotics helps in developing the immune system against allergies.
• Avoid the consumption of foods with excess sugar, as it may flare up inflammation.
• Include fruits, vegetables, whole grains, healthy fats and fish in your diet.
• Reducing stress and maintaining a good sleep cycle would be helpful.
• Avoid getting in contact with harsh soaps, detergents and rough fabrics.

• Do not use Sofinox Cream 5 gm on dressing, band-aids and make-up unless told by the doctor.
• If Sofinox Cream 5 gm comes in contact with eyes, nose or mouth, rinse with water immediately.
• Wash your hands before and after using Sofinox Cream 5 gm; however, do not wash your hands if you are applying Sofinox Cream 5 gm on your hands.
