Signs and symptoms involve abdominal pain, cramping, gas, bloating, constipation, diarrhoea, or both. Dysmenorrhea (Menstrual cramps) is throbbing, aching pain and cramps in your lower belly before and during your period.

SPASMO PROXYVON FORTE INJECTION 2ML contains two medications: dicyclomine (antispasmodic) and diclofenac (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs), both of which reduce abdominal pain and cramps. Dicyclomine works by relaxing the stomach and intestinal muscles (intestine). It reduces cramps, bloating, pain, and discomfort by preventing abrupt muscle contractions (spasms). • Include more glucosamine, chondroitin sulphate, Vitamin D, and calcium-enriched supplements. Besides this, turmeric and fish oils can help reduce inflammation in the tissue.
