About Tadaza Tablet

Tadaza Tablet is a combination drug containing 'impotent agents', primarily used to treat erectile dysfunction (impotence) and premature ejaculation in men. Erectile dysfunction is the inability to keep a hard and erect penis suitable for sexual activity. Premature ejaculation is a very common sexual complaint. It is a problem in which a man ejaculates sooner than his partner during sexual intercourse.

Tadaza Tablet contains Tadalafil and Dapoxetine used to treat premature ejaculation in men. Tadalafil works by inhibiting the phosphodiesterase enzyme, which leads to the breakdown of cGMP and causes relaxation of smooth muscles and vasodilation (widening) of blood vessels in the penis. Thereby, it helps to treat erectile dysfunction and symptoms of an enlarged prostate. Dapoxetine works by increasing the serotonin level in nerves, which improves control over ejaculation and hence increases the time taken to ejaculate.

Take Tadaza Tablet as prescribed by your doctor. You are advised to take Tadaza Tablet for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you, depending upon your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience nausea, dizziness, vomiting, dryness in the mouth, indigestion, nosebleeds, headache, flushing (sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck, and trunk). Most of these side-effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side-effects persistently.

Do not take Tadaza Tablet if you take nitrates (used to treat angina), riociguat (used to treat pulmonary hypertension), or alpha-blockers, if you have heart problems or stroke, low, or uncontrolled high blood pressure. Tadaza Tablet is not intended for use in women. Tadaza Tablet may cause dizziness, so drive with caution. Avoid consuming alcohol as it might cause increased dizziness. Tadaza Tablet should not be given to children as safety and effectiveness have not been established. Keep your doctor informed about your health condition and the medicines you are taking to avoid unpleasant side-effects. Do not take Tadaza Tablet if you have taken MAO inhibitor (a medication for depression) in the last 14 days.

Erectile dysfunction: It is the inability to keep a hard and erect penis suitable for sexual intercourse. It could sign physical or psychological conditions such as fear of sexual failure, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or stress. Certain health-related factors such as smoking, drinking, overweight, being physically inactive, and high blood pressure also contribute to erectile dysfunction. Symptoms of erectile dysfunction include difficulty in getting an erection, difficulty in maintaining the erection during intercourse, and decreased sexual desire.

Premature ejaculation: It is a problem in which a man ejaculates sooner than his partner during sexual intercourse. It is a very common sexual complaint and generally occurs one in every three men. If it occurs infrequently, then it is not a problem of concern, but if you are unable to delay ejaculation, ejaculate within one minute of penetration, then it is a problem.
