About TARIFLOX DROPS

TARIFLOX DROPS belongs to the class of medicines called antibiotics used to treat bacterial eye infections including conjunctivitis and ulcers of the cornea. Conjunctivitis (pink eye) is a common bacterial eye infection associated with the inflammation or infection of the conjunctiva (white part of the eye) and the inner eyelid.

TARIFLOX DROPS contains Ofloxacin which works by inhibiting DNA gyrase (bacterial enzyme) involved in repairing and replicating the DNA (genetic material) of bacteria. Thereby, kills bacteria and clears infection.

Most of these side effects of TARIFLOX DROPS do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.

If you are allergic to TARIFLOX DROPS or any other medicines, please tell your doctor. TARIFLOX DROPS should be used for children only in doses as advised by the doctor. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please inform your doctor before using TARIFLOX DROPS.
