About Telhart-M 50 mg Tablet 10's

Telhart-M 50 mg Tablet 10's belongs to the class antihypertensive agents used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure). It may also be used to lower the risk of heart attack and stroke in future. High blood pressure is a condition in which the force of the blood against the artery walls is too high leading to hypertension. Symptoms of high blood pressure include headache, dizziness, nose bleed, changes in vision, chest pain, weakness and dyspnoea (shortness of breath).

Telhart-M 50 mg Tablet 10's is a combination of two high blood pressure-lowering medicines: Telmisartan and Metoprolol succinate. Telmisartan belongs to the class of drugs called Angiotensin II receptor antagonists that works by blocking the angiotensin II receptor, relaxing the blood vessels and lowering the blood pressure. Metoprolol succinate belongs to the class of drugs known as beta-blockers which reduces blood pressure by allowing the blood to flow more smoothly. Together, Telhart-M 50 mg Tablet 10's helps in reducing the raised blood pressure. 

Take Telhart-M 50 mg Tablet 10's as prescribed. You are advised to take Telhart-M 50 mg Tablet 10's for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you, depending on your medical condition.
