TENDOMOVE TABLET is a combination medicine used to treat arthralgia (joint pain). TENDOMOVE TABLET may help promote/treat the health of joints, muscles, cartilage, joint integrity, bone health, joint discomfort, arthritic pain, stiffness, low back pain, tendonitis, and tendinopathy (tendon pain). Joint pain occurs when the two ends of the joints come together due to the breakdown of a protective covering of cartilage. Discomfort, pain, stiffness, and soreness in the joints are the symptoms of joint pain.

TENDOMOVE TABLET contains Collagen peptide, Sodium hyaluronate, Rosehip Extract, and Vitamin C. Collagen peptide aids cartilage regeneration, which strengthens bones and increases joint flexibility. Sodium hyaluronate is identical to the fluid surrounding the joints, and it functions as a lubricant to keep the joints from rubbing together. Rosehip extract is good for preventing joint degeneration and reducing inflammation. Vitamin C aids in the creation of new collagen fibres, blood vessel development, and healing. Together, TENDOMOVE TABLET  aids in the alleviation of joint pain and stiffness.

TENDOMOVE TABLET can be taken with or without a meal. Do not crush or chew TENDOMOVE TABLET ; swallow it whole with water. Depending on your medical condition, your doctor will decide the dose and duration. In some cases, TENDOMOVE TABLET may cause heartburn, stomach pain, headache, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhoea. Most of these side effects do not necessitate medical treatment and will fade away with time. However, if you experience any of the side effects persistently, you should consult your doctor.

Do not take TENDOMOVE TABLET if you are allergic to any of its ingredients. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a kidney, heart, or liver problem, please inform your doctor before starting TENDOMOVE TABLET . It is not known whether TENDOMOVE TABLET alters your ability to drive, so do not drive or operate machinery if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react. Avoid consuming alcohol along with TENDOMOVE TABLET as it may lead to unpleasant side effects. Limited information is available reagarding the use of TENDOMOVE TABLET in paediatric patients. Please consult your doctor for advice.

It's unclear whether TENDOMOVE TABLET affects driving abilities, don't drive or operate any equipment if you're experiencing any symptoms that make it difficult to focus or respond. Avoid drinking alcohol while taking TENDOMOVE TABLET since it may cause unpleasant side effects.

• Yoga practice can also aid with joint flexibility and pain management.
• Maintain a healthy weight by engaging in low-strain workouts on a regular basis and consuming nutritious foods.
• Get enough sleep to help reduce inflammation and swelling by resting your muscles.
• Apply a cold or hot compress to the joints for 15-20 minutes on a regular basis to follow heat or cold therapy.
• Relax by meditating, reading a book, having a warm bath, or listening to relaxing music.
• Acupuncture, massage, and physical therapy might be beneficial as well.
• Avoid smoking and consuming alcoholic beverages.
