Tendorex RH Tablet is a combination medicine used to treat arthralgia (joint pain). Tendorex RH Tablet is indicated for maintaining joints, muscles, cartilage, the integrity of joints, bone health, joint pain, arthritic pain, stiffness, low back pain, tendonitis or tendinopathy (tendon pain). Joint pain refers to the joints' discomfort, pain, stiffness, and soreness.

Tendorex RH Tablet is a combination of five drugs: Chondroitin Sulfate, Collagen Hydrolysed, Sodium Hyaluronate, Vitamin C and Rosehip Extract. Chondroitin Sulfate prevents the breakdown of collagen. Collagen Hydrolysed helps in the regeneration of cartilage, thereby providing strength to the bones and improving the flexibility of joints. Sodium hyaluronate is similar to the fluid surrounding the joints; this acts as a lubricant and prevents friction between the joints. Vitamin C helps synthesise new collagen fibres and new blood vessel formation and promotes healing. Rosehip Extract helps prevent joint damage and eases joint inflammation. Together, Tendorex RH Tablet helps provide relief from pain and stiffness in the joints. 

Take Tendorex RH Tablet with or without food. Swallow Tendorex RH Tablet as a whole; do not crush or chew the tablet. Sometimes, you may experience certain common side effects, such as heartburn, stomach pain, headache, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhoea. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.

Consult your doctor before taking Tendorex RH Tablet if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Limited information is available regarding the usage of Tendorex RH Tablet in children, so please consult a doctor if you have any concerns. It is unknown if Tendorex RH Tablet alters your ability to drive, so be cautious while driving or operating machinery. Consult your doctor before consuming alcohol, along with Tendorex RH Tablet . Do not take any other medicines for pain relief along with Tendorex RH Tablet unless recommended. Keep your doctor informed about your health condition and medicines to rule out any side effects.

Vitamin C helps synthesise new collagen fibres new blood vessel formation and promotes healing. Rosehip Extract contains polyphenols and anthocyanins, which help prevent joint damage and ease joint inflammation. Together, Tendorex RH Tablet helps provide relief from pain and stiffness in the joints.

Do not take Tendorex RH Tablet if you are allergic to any of its contents. Inform your doctor before taking Tendorex RH Tablet if you have or had impaired kidney or liver function, high blood pressure, heart problems, asthma, or diabetes. Consult your doctor before taking Tendorex RH Tablet if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not take any other medicines for pain relief along with Tendorex RH Tablet unless recommended by the doctor. 

• Physical activity helps in strengthening muscles and relieves joint stiffness. Gentle activities like 20-30minutes of walking or swimming would be helpful.
• Performing yoga may also help in improving joint flexibility and pain management.
• Maintain a healthy weight by performing regular low-strain exercises and eating healthy food.
• Get adequate sleep as resting the muscles can help in reducing inflammation and swelling.
• Follow heat or cold therapy, apply a cold or hot compress on the joints for 15-20minutes regularly.
• De-stress yourself by meditating, reading books, taking a warm bubble bath or listening to soothing music.
• Acupuncture, massage and physical therapy may also be helpful.
• Eat food rich in antioxidants such as berries, spinach, kidney beans, dark chocolate, etc.
• Foods containing flavonoids help in reducing inflammation. These include soy, berries, broccoli, grapes and green tea.
• Avoid smoking and alcohol consumption.

Joint pain: Joint pain is a physical discomfort that occurs where two or more bones meet. It refers to the discomfort, pain, stiffness and soreness in the joints. Joint pain occurs when the two ends of the joints come together due to the breakdown of a protective covering called cartilage. Due to the absence of this protective covering, the joints rub against each other, leading to pain and stiffness. Symptoms include pain, stiffness, inflammation and tenderness.
