THANK OD/LD CREA is indicated in the treatment of painful anal fissures and fistula associated with haemorrhoids. Haemorrhoids, also known as piles, are the inflamed and swollen veins in the rectum and anus that cause discomfort, pain, and bleeding. An anal fissure is a small tear in the mucosa that lines the anus.

THANK OD/LD CREA contains Euphorbia prostrata extract and Lidocaine. Euphorbia prostrata extract prevents bleeding by shrinking the blood vessels. Lidocaine decreases the sensation of pain by blocking the pain signals from the nerves to the brain. Together, THANK OD/LD CREA provides relief from pain and discomfort associated with piles and anal fissures.

In some cases, THANK OD/LD CREA may cause side effects such as a burning or stinging sensation or redness at the site of application. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if the side effects persist or worsen.

There are no well-controlled studies available regarding the use of THANK OD/LD CREA in pregnant and breastfeeding women. Therefore, THANK OD/LD CREA should be avoided in such cases.
