About Tobacom Eye Drops 5 ml

Tobacom Eye Drops 5 ml belongs to the class of aminoglycoside antibiotics. It is used for the treatment of bacterial eye infections. Bacterial eye infection occurs when harmful bacteria invade any eye part, such as the eyeball, conjunctiva, or cornea.

Tobacom Eye Drops 5 ml contains tobramycin, an antibiotic that works by killing the infection-causing bacteria. Thus Tobacom Eye Drops 5 ml treats bacterial eye infections.

Use Tobacom Eye Drops 5 ml as prescribed by your doctor. The common side-effects of Tobacom Eye Drops 5 ml are eye irritation, feeling of having something in the eye, swollen/itchy eyelids, eye redness, increased tearing and inflammation of the cornea (clear front portion of your eye). Most of these side effects fade away gradually over time without the need for medical intervention. However, consult your doctor if you experience these side effects frequently.

Eye drops: Lie down and tilt your head backwards. Pull your lower eyelid gently with your index finger to form a pocket.
