Drug-Drug Interactions: Ubifert Softgel Capsule may interact with beta-blockers (atenolol), anti-diabetic drug (metformin), blood-thinners (warfarin), antipsychotics (clozapine), anti-seizure drugs (carbamazepine, sodium valproate), sedatives (triazolam), opioid antagonists (morphine), and steroids (hydrocortisone). 

Drug-Food Interactions: Avoid taking Ubifert Softgel Capsule with soybeans, liquor, candy sweets and grapefruit juice. Avoid intake of Ubifert Softgel Capsule with any herb that can affect heart rhythm. 

Drug-Disease Interactions: Ubifert Softgel Capsule should be used with caution in patients with a known hypersensitivity disorder, mental health disorder, thromboembolic disorder, cardiovascular disorder, bleeding or clotting disorder, diabetes, joint pain, hypothyroidism and liver disease.

• Please inform your doctor if you are on a calorie-deficient diet or any special diet. 
• Load up on meats, fatty fish, oranges and strawberries, sesame seeds, soybean and canola oil and pistachios to enhance anti-oxidation and improve fertility.
• Avoid foods containing soy, liquorice (candy), chromium (grape juice) and alcohol as there may be an interaction. 
• Do regular exercise and physical activity.
• Aerobics, yoga and meditation may help in relaxing the body and mind.
• Consume a healthy diet, including food rich in antioxidants, fibre-rich foods, and high-fat dairy. Cut down carbs or limit refined carbs.
• Try to be stress-free to improve your mood swings due to hormonal fluctuations.

In case you miss a dose of Ubifert Softgel Capsule , take it as soon as possible. However, if it is too close to the next dose, revert to the original schedule.
