Also, do not stop taking Viana-35 Tablet 21's before completing its full course, even if you feel your symptoms are better. The most common side effects of Viana-35 Tablet 21's include weight gain, nausea, tender breast, stomach pain, and headache. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. If you have missed a dose or are late by 12 hours, please wear a condom for 2 days while sexual intercourse to avoid unwanted pregnancy.

• Keep your weight under control with a body mass index (BMI) of 19.5-24.9.
• Opt for a diet rich in whole grains, fruits, veggies, and low-fat dairy products.
• Quitting smoking and not drinking alcohol is the best strategy to lower the risk of any complications.
• Do regular exercise to maintain weight fluctuations caused due to Viana-35 Tablet 21's.
• Monitor your blood pressure daily and if there is too much fluctuation, then immediately contact your doctor.
• Try to include heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acid-containing food drinks, plenty of fluids, and fruits in your daily diet. You can also use low-fat cooking oil like olive oil, soybean oil, canola oil, and coconut oil to lower your elevated blood pressure.
• In overweight women, the symptoms of PCOS and the overall risk of developing long-term health problems from PCOS can be greatly reduced by losing excess weight.

• Discontinue using any birth control pills, Viana-35 Tablet 21's also acts as a contraceptive.
• Viana-35 Tablet 21's may cause a patchy, darkening of the skin on the face (melasma). Sunlight may intensify this darkening, and you may need to avoid prolonged sun exposure and sunlamps.
