Take Autrin Capsule 30's as recommended. In some cases, you may experience certain common side effects such as stomach upset, constipation, diarrhoea, nausea, and vomiting. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.

Do not take Autrin Capsule 30's if you're allergic to any ingredient in it. Consult your doctor before taking Autrin Capsule 30's if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Drug-Drug Interactions: Autrin Capsule 30's may have interaction with antibacterial medications (nitrofurantoin), anticancer medications (methotrexate), antiparasitic medications (pyrimethamine), and anticonvulsant medications (phenobarbital, phenytoin, primidone).

Drug-Food Interactions: Avoid consuming milk, milk products, tea, coffee, meat, whole grains at the same time as taking Autrin Capsule 30's, as they might affect the absorption of Autrin Capsule 30's.

Drug-Disease Interactions: Autrin Capsule 30's may have interactions with disease conditions such as blood disorder and stomach ulcers.
