B-Long F Tablet belongs to the group of medicines called nutritional supplements used to treat and prevent nutritional deficiencies. A nutritional deficiency occurs when the body does not absorb or get enough nutrients from food. B-Long F Tablet helps in the growth and development of cells, boosts the immune system, balances vitamin content, metabolism of minerals, and helps maintain a healthy central nervous system.

B-Long F Tablet contains Folic acid and Pyridoxine hydrochloride. Folic acid is necessary for various bodily functions, such as producing red blood cells and breaking down fats and carbohydrates. Pyridoxine hydrochloride helps boost the metabolism and maintenance of healthy nerves and red blood cells. Thereby, B-Long F Tablet helps in treating nutritional deficiencies.

• Try Vitamin B complex food sources like milk, cheese, eggs, chicken, red meat, tuna, mackerel, salmon, shellfish, oysters, clams, dark green vegetables such as spinach and kale, beets, avocados, potatoes, whole grains, cereals, kidney beans, black beans and chickpea.
• Include fruits like citrus, banana, and watermelon in your diet.
• Avoid smoking and alcohol consumption.
• Exercise regularly, and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Avoid excess fatty foods.

• Let your doctor and the laboratory staff know if you are using B-Long F Tablet since Pyridoxine hydrochloride may interfere with laboratory tests like urine tests for urobilinogen.
