Caldrex Tablet belongs to the group of medicines called nutritional supplements used to treat nutritional deficiencies such as calcium and vitamin D deficiency. Caldrex Tablet is a combination of four supplements, namely: Calcium citrate, vitamin D3, magnesium and zinc. Calcium citrate makes the bones stronger by increasing their density. Take Caldrex Tablet as advised by the doctor. In some cases, you may experience certain common side effects such as stomach upset, constipation, muscle weakness, nausea, and vomiting. Drug-Drug Interaction: Caldrex Tablet may interact with anti-epileptic (phenytoin), corticosteroid (cortisone), diuretics, tetracycline/quinolone antibiotics, and cardiac glycoside. 

Drug-Food Interaction: You are recommended to maintain a gap of two hours between Caldrex Tablet and foods containing oxalic acid and phytic acids such as spinach, rhubarb, and whole-grain cereals.
