Collasmart-A Capsule belongs to the class of medications called nutritional supplements primarily used to reduce the symptoms of osteoarthritis such as joint discomfort and pain. It also improves flexibility and mobility. Osteoarthritis is a painful, degenerative, and inflammatory disease that affects synovial joints and eventually results in loss of mobility.

Aflapin and Undenatured Collagen type II are the two active components in Collasmart-A Capsule . When taken as a dietary mineral supplement, they reduce joint inflammation and pain. • Load up on oily fish, egg yolks, spinach, broccoli, salmon and orange juice for enhancing bone strength.

• Muscle training activities such as yoga and Pilates can also be very helpful.
• Spend time under the sun (however with proper sunscreen) for quality intake of Vitamin D.
• Limit alcohol and caffeine consumption and stop smoking as these may have a negative effect on bone health. Smokers tend to have lower bone density than non-smokers. Smoking can also interfere with the metabolism of Collasmart-A Capsule .
