About Dipt Liniment 30 ml
Dipt Liniment 30 ml is a topical analgesic (pain killer) medication primarily used to relieve joint pain, low back pain, sprains, strains, and muscular pain. Also, Dipt Liniment 30 ml is used to reduce pain and swelling in muscles and joints in conditions such as osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. Arthritis is a condition that causes swelling of one or more joints resulting in pain and stiffness of joints that worsen over time.
Dipt Liniment 30 ml is a combination of four drugs namely: Diclofenac (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug), Capsaicin (analgesic), Menthol (cooling agent), and Camphor (mild pain reliever). Diclofenac works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain responsible for causing pain and symptoms of inflammation such as redness and swelling. Capsaicin works by blocking pain signals to the nerves and relieves minor pain in the joints and muscles. Menthol works initially by cooling the skin followed by warming it up. This helps in improving blood circulation. Camphor helps to relieve pain.
Use Dipt Liniment 30 ml as prescribed. Dipt Liniment 30 ml is only for external use. Your doctor will advise you on how often you need to use Dipt Liniment 30 ml based on your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience redness, itching, irritation, or burning sensation at the site of application. Do not apply heat or wrap the treated area of the skin with bandages. Avoid using Dipt Liniment 30 ml in more than prescribed doses, or on a large area of skin for a prolonged time as it may cause adverse effects.
