Exospas Plus Tablet 10's belongs to a group of medicines called anti-spasmodic agents used to relieve abdominal pain/cramps. Abdominal pain occurs between the chest and pelvic region, generally known as stomach or tummy pain. The common causes of abdominal pain include inflammation, infections, intestinal disorders and obstruction/blockage.

Exospas Plus Tablet 10's contains Hyoscine butylbromide and paracetamol. Hyoscine butylbromide works by relaxing the muscles of the stomach and intestine. Paracetamol is a pain reliever (analgesic) that prevents the release of chemical messengers that result in pain. Together, Exospas Plus Tablet 10's relieves abdominal cramps.

You are advised to take Exospas Plus Tablet 10's for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you, depending on your medical conditions. In some cases, Exospas Plus Tablet 10's may cause dry mouth, constipation, blurred vision, and a slow heart rate. Most of these side effects of Exospas Plus Tablet 10's do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects are persistent, reach out to your doctor.

Do not take Exospas Plus Tablet 10's if you are allergic to any of its components. Before taking Exospas Plus Tablet 10's, inform your doctor if you have a fast/slow heart rate or any other type of heart disease. • Avoid deep-fried and spicy foods.
• Foods containing probiotics may help in providing relief from gas and bloating.

• Your doctor may recommend regular eye check-ups, as Exospas Plus Tablet 10's may worsen the symptoms of glaucoma.
