• Locate a comfortable position to sit or lie down and connect the AC wire of the Dyna heating belt into the power supply.
• Position the Dyna heating belt on your body where pain or discomfort is felt. This might be your back, stomach, knee, shoulder, elbow, calf etc.
• Wrap the heating belt around the area securely but avoid fastening it too tightly. Use the hook and loop closure to keep it in place.
• Adjust the thermostat to your preferred heat level. There are 3 settings to choose from - Low, Medium and High.
• After use, ensure you switch off and unplug the heating belt before removing it.

Ensure to adjust to a comfortable heat level to avoid burns. Do not use it on broken or inflamed skin.
