Isacal Tablet 15's is a combination of four supplements, namely: Calcium citrate, vitamin D3, magnesium and zinc. Calcium citrate makes the bones stronger by increasing their density. Take Isacal Tablet 15's as advised by the doctor. In some cases, you may experience certain common side effects such as stomach upset, constipation, muscle weakness, nausea, and vomiting. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.

Let your doctor know if you are taking any other medicines, or herbal products before starting Isacal Tablet 15's. If you are known to be allergic to any of the components of Isacal Tablet 15's, please inform your doctor. Consult your doctor before taking Isacal Tablet 15's if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Drug-Drug Interaction: Isacal Tablet 15's may interact with anti-epileptic (phenytoin), corticosteroid (cortisone), diuretics, tetracycline/quinolone antibiotics, and cardiac glycoside. 

Drug-Food Interaction: You are recommended to maintain a gap of two hours between Isacal Tablet 15's and foods containing oxalic acid and phytic acids such as spinach, rhubarb, and whole-grain cereals.

Drug-Disease Interaction: Isacal Tablet 15's may have interactions with conditions such as hypercalcemia (high level of calcium in the blood), hypercalciuria (excess calcium in the urine), nephrocalcinosis (excess calcium deposition in the kidneys), nephrolithiasis (kidney stones), hypervitaminosis D (excess vitamin D), malabsorption, severe renal impairment or renal failure.
