Pegeze SF Oral Solution is a combination of four drugs, namely: Polyethylene glycol, Potassium chloride, Sodium bicarbonate, and Sodium chloride. Sodium bicarbonate works by suppressing high levels of acid in the stomach and helps to treat acidity and heartburn. Sodium chloride maintains sodium levels in the body. Together, Pegeze SF Oral Solution helps in relieving constipation.

Take Pegeze SF Oral Solution as advised by your doctor. In some cases, you may experience stomach pain, indigestion, mild diarrhea, nausea, or vomiting. Most of these side effects of Pegeze SF Oral Solution do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.

If you are allergic to Pegeze SF Oral Solution or any other medicines, please tell your doctor. You are not recommended to take Pegeze SF Oral Solution with anticonvulsants as it may reduce the effectiveness of anticonvulsants (medicines for epilepsy). However, please consult your doctor before taking Pegeze SF Oral Solution with other medicines.

You are recommended to avoid foods that are high in fat and low in fiber such as ice cream, red meat, frozen meals, potato chips, cheese, hot dogs and hamburgers.
