Drug-Drug Interaction: Retferro B12 Capsule may interact with other iron supplements, antacids, antibiotics (ciprofloxacin, doxycycline, gentamicin), fits medicines (phenobarbital, phenytoin), and heartburn medicines (omeprazole, cimetidine).

Drug-Food Interaction: Retferro B12 Capsule should not be taken along with alcohol, dairy products, and eggs as it might affect iron absorption.
