Drug-Drug Interaction: Sterimmune Vita Forte Tablet 30's may interact with fits medicines (phenytoin, phenobarbital), antidepressants, anticholinergics, anti-cancer drugs (altretamine, cisplatin), antibiotics (gentamicin, neomycin, tobramycin), heartburn medicines (cimetidine, famotidine), and anti-ulcers (omeprazole, lansoprazole).

• Include dairy products like milk, yoghurt, cheese or milk-based custard in your diet.
• Eat daily a serving of broccoli, cabbage, bok choy, spinach and other green leafy vegetables.
• Try Vitamin B complex food sources like milk, cheese, eggs, liver and kidney, chicken, red meat, tuna, mackerel, and salmon, shellfish, oysters, clams, dark green vegetables, such as spinach and kale, beets, avocados, potatoes, whole grains, cereals, kidney beans, black beans, and chickpea.
• Include the best dietary sources of vitamin D, such as fish liver oils and vitamin D–fortified milk.
• Snack on calcium-rich nuts like Brazil nuts or almonds. 
• Avoid or reduce the intake of caffeine, soft drinks and alcohol.
