Folic acid is necessary for the production of healthy red blood cells. Zinc sulphate helps in the growth and development of body tissues and boosts immunity. Together, Tonofolic Z Tablet 10's helps in treating nutritional deficiencies.
 
Take Tonofolic Z Tablet 10's as advised by the doctor. In some cases, you may experience certain common side-effects such as stomach upset, constipation, diarrhoea, nausea, and vomiting. Drug-Food Interactions: Avoid consuming milk, milk products, tea, coffee, meat, and whole grains at the same time while taking Tonofolic Z Tablet 10's as they might affect the absorption of Tonofolic Z Tablet 10's.

Iron supplements cause the stools/poop to turn black or greyish. Do not worry, as it is a common side-effect that occurs due to the loss of unabsorbed iron. Consult your doctor if you have any concerns regarding this.
