Trinerve Capsule 10's belongs to the class of 'nutritional supplements, primarily used to treat neuropathic pain and nutritional deficiencies. It effectively treats various conditions caused due to lack of vitamins, such as vitamin B6 and B12 deficiencies, diabetic neuropathy (nerve damage due to diabetes), and peripheral neuropathy (nerve damage in the hands and feet). Nutritional deficiency occurs when the body is unable to absorb or get enough nutrients from food.

Trinerve Capsule 10's contains Alpha lipoic acid, Gamma-Linolenic acid, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Methylcobalamin, and Chromium. Alpha-lipoic acid is an antioxidant that prevents cell damage and restores vitamin levels in the body. Gamma-Linolenic acid helps nourish and protect the body from damage caused by free radicals. Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) is involved in protein, fat, and carbohydrate metabolism and the formation of red blood cells and neurotransmitters. Methylcobalamin (Mecobalamin/vitamin B12) regulates body functions, such as cell multiplication, blood formation, and protein synthesis. Your doctor will decide the dosage based on your medical condition. Sometimes, Trinerve Capsule 10's may have common side effects like nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, and headache. These side effects do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time.

Please tell your doctor if you are allergic to Trinerve Capsule 10's or its components. It is essential to let your doctor know if you are pregnant, planning to conceive, or are a breastfeeding mother. Avoid consuming alcohol along with Trinerve Capsule 10's to ensure maximum absorption of nutrients. Trinerve Capsule 10's should be used in children only with the doctor's advice.

Pyridoxine is excreted into breast milk. Hence, breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before taking Trinerve Capsule 10's. Drinking alcohol may hinder nutrient absorption; therefore, it is advised to limit alcohol intake while using Trinerve Capsule 10's. Trinerve Capsule 10's should be used in children only when advised by the doctor. Keep Trinerve Capsule 10's away from direct sunlight. Do not store Trinerve Capsule 10's above 25ºC.

Drug-Drug Interaction: Trinerve Capsule 10's may interact with antitumor medicines, anti-cancer drugs (altretamine), blood thinners (aspirin, clopidogrel, enoxaparin, heparin), antipsychotic drugs (chlorpromazine, fluphenazine), and fits medicines (phenytoin).

Drug-Food Interaction: Please avoid alcohol while using Trinerve Capsule 10's to ensure maximum absorption of nutrients.

Drug-Disease Interaction: Use Trinerve Capsule 10's with medical advice if you have malabsorption syndrome (difficulty absorbing nutrition from food), liver, kidney, or heart diseases, and allergic reactions to medicines.

• Taking vegetables like acorn squash, asparagus, beet greens, Brussels sprouts, and spinach can help you cope with Vitamin B deficiency.
• Sprinkle sunflower seeds over your food, vegetables and salads. 
• Limit foods with high cholesterol and saturated fats.
• Cut down on sugar, salt and processed foods.
• Drink plenty of water. Avoid smoking and alcohol consumption.
• Exercise regularly and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Avoid excess fatty foods.

Let your doctor and the laboratory staff know if you are using Trinerve Capsule 10's since Pyridoxine may interfere with a urine test for urobilinogen.
