• For cough and sore throat, take 7-8 drops with half teaspoon sugar/honey 3-4 times for 2-3 days.
• For cold and flu, take 7-8 drops in water/tea/coffee/betel leaves 3 times a day. It will also help if a few drops are gently rubbed on the neck, chest and nose twice a day.
• For stomach troubles such as indigestion, constipation, flatulence, loud eructation and bilious retching, take 8-10 drops mixed with ½ cup regular or lukewarm water.
• For headache, gently rub 6-8 drops on the forehead. Repeat after 2 hours if required.
• For loose motions or dysentery, take 8-10 drops with 1 teaspoon of butter/ghee/olive oil or with 2 teaspoons of curd/yoghurt 3 times in 1 day with a gap of 2-3 hours each. Repeat the next day if required. Diet with barley water/ganji/sabudana.
• For throat troubles such as tonsillitis, hard breathing and difficulty in swallowing, add 12 -15 drops in 2-3 glasses of boiling water and inhale vapour through the mouth 3 times a day. Also paint the inside of the throat with a swab dipped in Zinda Tilismath Unani Medicine for effective relief. Repeat if required.
• For toothache, apply cotton swab soaked in Zinda Tilismath Unani Medicine to the affected part of the gum. Repeat every two hours till pain subsides.
• For ear troubles, put 6 drops mixed with one teaspoon lukewarm coconut oil in the affected ear and plug with cotton.
