Cranpac D Tablet contains dietary supplements, namely: Cranberry extract and D-mannose (a type of sugar) used to prevent urinary tract infections (UTIs). Cranpac D Tablet works by preventing certain kinds of bacteria from sticking to the urinary tract walls and causing infection. Cranpac D Tablet is a non-antimicrobial combination to prevent UTIs. It is advised for prevention as long term use, unlike antibiotics which are mainly used for short term use and existing UTIs. Cranpac D Tablet also avoids secondary infections, development resistance or side effects which may be possible with the use of antibiotics.

Cranpac D Tablet is not recommended for diabetic patients as D-mannose in Cranpac D Tablet may cause difficulty in controlling blood sugar levels. Therefore, please consult a doctor before taking Cranpac D Tablet if you have diabetes.
You are not recommended to take Cranpac D Tablet with warfarin as it may increase the risk of bleeding more easily. However, please consult a doctor before using Cranpac D Tablet with other medicines.
Cranpac D Tablet is not recommended for kidney failure patients. However, please consult a doctor if you have any kidney problems before taking Cranpac D Tablet .
Cranpac D Tablet may cause diarrhoea as a temporary side effect. It is not necessary for everyone taking Cranpac D Tablet to experience this side effect. However, if the condition persists or worsens, please consult a doctor.
