Crantract D Tablet contains dietary supplements, namely: Cranberry extract and D-mannose (a type of sugar) used to prevent urinary tract infections (UTIs). Crantract D Tablet works by preventing certain kinds of bacteria from sticking to the urinary tract walls and causing infection. Crantract D Tablet is a non-antimicrobial combination to prevent UTIs. It is advised for prevention as long term use, unlike antibiotics which are mainly used for short term use and existing UTIs. Crantract D Tablet also avoids secondary infections, development resistance or side effects which may be possible with the use of antibiotics.
